We founded Magnified Consulting together, as one family. Mark Elender is Brian and Amanda's father, and Brian and Amanda are siblings. Each of us brings a personal commitment to every client relationship that goes far beyond a typical engagement.
Mark Elender
Mark brings 45 years of industrial executive and general management experience, spanning large-organization sales and marketing leadership through to small and medium-sized business finance, operations, and growth strategy. His accounting and finance background includes over $1.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions, and he is deeply versed in lean manufacturing across metal processing, automotive, shipbuilding, structural fabrication, and waste handling.

Amanda Gurski
Amanda pairs a foundation in Industrial Engineering with an MBA and over two decades of experience — from semiconductor manufacturing planning and material-handling robotics to government consulting for the U.S. Marine Corps, covering cost estimating, planning, and financial analysis. She has advised on $300 million in large capital purchasing decisions, and has spent more than a decade in intellectual property, analyzing patent applications for business software.

Brian Elender
Brian combines two decades of military leadership — as a Marine Corps logistics and aviation officer, and now a helicopter pilot with the South Carolina National Guard — with a track record as an entrepreneur. He has facilitated $12 million in capital spending for high-growth startups, launched start-ups in the carwash and waste industries, and owns and operates the largest privately owned roll-off compaction company in North America.
